Meridian House - Organizer for The China Premier Wine Expo 2008.Meridian House is organizing the China Premier Wine Expo 2008 which will be held in Beijing 7th to 9th October 2008 and in Shanghai 22nd to 24th October 2008. The China Premier Wine Expo 2008 will feature fine domestic and foreign wines, exquisite chocolate, cheese and other luxury foods from around the world.

Commercial firms will have the opportunity for business development with firms in wholesale, distribution, retail, importing and other segments of the industries. Firms will have the option to use video, audio, graphics displays, and other exhibition tools provided by the Expo to maximum their exhibition participation. While consumers will have the chance to sample and purchase some of the finest wines, exquisite chocolate and cheese from the top producing countries such as France, Italy, Germany, United States, South Africa and others. In addition to exhibition of the wines and luxury foods, the Premier Wine Expo will also have upscale activities including an auction of selected premium wines from around the world, an auction of contemporary art, and performance by a contemporary jazz band.

To further enhance the exhibitor's experience, the Expo will hold an exhibitors only party at the Renown Hard Rock Cafe in Beiijng on 7th October and at the Renown Bund in Shanghia on 22nd. Wine will be served at his party, and exhibitors are invited to let other exhibitors sample their own wines.

This Premier Wine Expo is open to trade on the first date in each of the expositions in Beijing (7 October) and Shanghai (22 October), with the following two dates open to the general public. This event is co-sponsored by The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce.
