Features:

DJS vertical sides belt conveyor
Application:
This machine is a continuously conveying equipment for general purpose materials in bulk and adopted belt with waviness sides and diaphragm plate . it is specially using for big inclined angle conveying.
It is widely using for coal, chemical industry,building materials,metallurgy,electric power,light industry,grain, port,shipping,ect. Specific gravity of bulk materials is 0.5-2.5 t/m³ can be conveyed in the working environment where the temperature is during -15 degree to 140 degree;

GX LS screw conveyor
Profile:
1.Screw conveyor is constant conveying equipment which uses screw rotating to push the materials,used in conveying flour,grain,cement,fertilizer,clinker,sand,stone,powdered coal and nut coal etc,not fit for conveying deteriorated,high viscosity,condensing materials because valid circulation section in the chasis is small.

Working principle:
Materials are pressed by scraper chain in the movement direction and materials self weight when conveying horizontally ,which generates internal friction.This friction assures steady state between batch layers and can sufficiently overcome external friction which materials moving generates in the groove ,which make materials form constant and integral flow to be conveyed.
Materials are pressed by scraper chain in the movement direction when vertically lifting,which generates side presurre in the transverse direction to form inner friction.Meanwhile upper materials are shifted constantly by domn materials for constant feeding of down level section.This friction and shift can sufficiently conquer external friction which materials moving generates in the groove and self weight to make materials form constant and integral flow to be conveyed.
K reciprocal coal feeder
Profile:
Reciprocal coal feeder is one of main equipments in coal mine production system,main function :load evenly coal from coal silo or coal-unloading silo on the conveyor or in the other screen and storage device.
Construction:
This machine is made up of groove engine body under fixed storage device,removable bottom along with crank connecting rod device and idler,gate,driving device.
Working principle:
When motor is started,automatically dragging the bottom whose inclined angle is 5 degree to make a linear and reciprocal movement on the idlers through flexible coupling,reducer,crank connecting rod,then coal drop continously uniform on the conveying equipment or in other screening equipment.
This machine can be designed as reciprocal coal feeder with hopper and without hopper according to request depending on order.
Besides it is used for coal feeding,also used for other small polishing and viscosity scattered materials.
DJ steeply inclined conveyor
This product is a continuous conveying equipment developed jointly by Beijing Materials Handling Research institute of Machine terial. This belt conveyor with wave sides and horizontal baffle plates is particularly used in continous conveying material at high angles ( max50°)
At Present our works produce principally three types B 500,B650 and B 800 (accordingto belt width),which can convey the material of which volumetric weight 0.5-2.5t/m3.Ambient working temperature:-19°C-+40°C.
