You can apply through the China Scholarship Council (CSC), which is a non-profit institution affiliated with the Ministry of Education of China. The CSC provides financial assistance to foreign citizens wishing to study in China in order to develop the educational, scientific, technological, and cultural exchanges and economic and trade cooperation between China and other countries.
