List of Goods Prohibited To Be Exported (the second lot) is now published in accordance with Management Regulations of Import and Export of Goods of the People’s Republic of China and implemented as of October 1, 2004. Announcement 27, 2003 jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs and Ministry of Forestry is abolished at the same time.
