　　According to Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China, Regulations on Labor Management in Enterprises Involving Overseas Investment and other related regulations, enterprises with foreign investment have the right to decide on the arrangement of the departments and working staff and to conduct recruiting new employees in gear to the need of production and management. Enterprises with foreign investment may recruit talents via various channels, for instance, to entrust the intermediary organizations in the job market appraised by Labor Authorities; to directly recruit talents at the talents exchange fair; and to publish or broadcast advertisement via new press.
