Great taste
Fujian Cuisine is characterized by clear, refreshing, delicious and light tastes, slightly sweet and sour. People there don't like to eat spicy food very much. The most typical famous dish is Monk Jumps over Wall, with a history of over 100 years.Whenever this dish is served, the whole restaurant will be full of aromas.
Oolong tea is famous, so if you have a chance to visit this province, you must taste it there with relish.
